It's easy to pack lots of vegetables into a smoothie and this combination is delicious and refreshing. I believe starting our day with a veggie-filled smoothie is one of the best ways we can nourish our body to promote energy and healing. This breakfast smoothie includes two vegetables, beetroot and cauliflower that are thought to improve energy and have detoxifying, immunity and cleansing properties.

Berry blueberry beetroot smoothie bowl

Prep Time : 5 minutes

Servings : 1 serving


• 1/4 cup beetroot puree

• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

• 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

• 1 cup / medium frozen or fresh banana

• 1/4 cup natural coconut yogurt

• 1/4 cup coconut water

• 2 tsp collagen powder

• 1 tsp probiotic powder

Toppings :

• toasted coconut chips

• baked apple chip, crushed

• fresh blueberries

• dollop with natural coconut yoghurt


  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with toppings.
