Baked apple chips

Vegan • Gluten free • Dairy free • Egg free • Nut free

Crunchy, tart and perfectly good for you. When I started my journey with the AIP the one thing I really missed (apart from my chai lattes!) was a quick snacks that had a great crunch and weren't too sweet. Apple chips make the easiest nutritious snack with crunch.

Baked apple chips

Cook Time : 20 minutes

Servings : 30 - 40 chips


• 2 Granny Smith green apples


  1. Preheat the oven to 160c fan bake and line a large baking tray.

  2. Core apples and then thinly slice into rounds.

  3. Spread out evenly across the tray making sure there is no overlapping.

  4. Bake slowly at the bottom of the oven until apple chips are slightly toasted and starting to curl. If they start to brown too much, turn the oven temperature down and increase time.

  5. Cool and then eat with no guilt!
