The goddess of good green smoothies, this is what I have for breakfast every morning. It's creamy texture is packed full of nutritious greens and coconut water for hydration and sustenance.
Good green smoothie
Prep Time : 5 minutes
Servings : 1 serving
Ingredients
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup mango or pineapple (frozen or fresh)
• 1/4 avocado
• 1/2 cup baby spinach • 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 cup natural organic coconut water • 1/2 water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
