Mango avocado smoothie bowl

Ingredients
• 1 large ripe banana (riper the sweeter) • 1 cup frozen mango • 1/2 avocado
• 1 tsp collagen powder • 1 cup natural coconut yoghurt • 1/4 cup coconut water or water
Toppings :
• 1/2 avocado sliced • fresh mango • toasted coconut • 1/2 sliced banana • blueberries • kiwifruit
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add a little water until you get your perfect consistency.
Transfer to bowl and top with your favourite toppings - mine are sliced avocado, toasted coconut and fresh mango.
