Poached pear cinnamon smoothie

This is one of those smoothies that is delicious and comforting all year round, the cinnamon gives it a warmth that reminds me of fall and the winter months. It's healthy with added protein, and quick to make with just a handful of ingredients.

Poached pear cinnamon smoothie

Prep Time : 5 minutes

Servings : 1 serving


• 1 ripe banana

• 1 poached pear

• 1/4 avocado

• 1/2 cup coconut water

• 1/4 cup water • 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1/2 cup natural coconut yoghurt • 1 scoop collagen or vanilla protein powder (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
